Gridlogic Off Campus 2023 is hiring candidates for the post of Software Engineer Development or Testing

Job Responsibilities:

• Playing a critical role in retaining our existing and loyal customers through an array of initiatives that include improving ARPU, CLTV, Customer Journeys, Player Experience, etc.
  
•  Conceptualizing marketing campaigns and building relevant workflows by segmenting the player base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the player’s lifecycle
  
•  Develop, Manage and Execute Tournaments/Contests from scratch including Name, Prize Structures, Timings, Budget, Logistics, etc.
  
•  Interact and Coordinate with B2B clients for campaigns & tournaments as and when required
  
•  Effectively utilizing all digital channels like FB, push notifications, SMS & emails etc. to target players with relevant and personalized communication via marketing automation tools to enable smooth execution
  
•  Running A/B tests and data-driven experiments to strive for continuous improvement in campaign metrics
  
•  Formulating and executing the CRM strategy to drive traffic, retargeting, repeat purchases and cross-sell by working closely with the cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3+ years of post-MBA experience in digital marketing/retention marketing or user growth functions.

Preferred skill:

• Should have experience in owning end-to-end marketing campaigns with decision-making capabilities
  
•  Should have the ability to work with data to convert it into actionable insights, and understand user behavior
  
•  Should have worked with the marketing team to execute action points and player journey
  
•  Strong written and oral communication skills
  
•  Interest in playing online games is preferable
