Job Description:

Paytm is hiring candidates for the post of Technical Program Management – Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a Technical Program Manager you will be managing initiatives that focus on new projects and process optimisations.
• Responsible/Support for meeting the delivery commitments w.r.t. Quality.
• Coordinating internal team meetings to discuss roles, scope of work and schedule for the project.
• Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and system improvements.
• Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Assisting the PM’s in the entire project cycle for smooth deliverance.
• Utilising industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
  Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA will be added advantage.

Preferred skill:

• Committed to quality, including security and performance
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
