SuperProcure is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Support Executive.

SuperProcure off Campus Job Responsibilities:

  • Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
  • Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.
  • Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.
  • Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.

SuperProcure off Campus Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelors /Masters Degree in relevant fields
  •  0-1 year experience in relevant fields
  •  (Females Only)

Preferred skill:

  • Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English/local language)
  • Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
  • Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage.
