Myntra  Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technology tools and platforms project stages including, project estimating, requirements determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, testing, training, go-live assistance and post-implementation support.
  • Provide timely and accurate project status information to the PMO team, escalate project issues appropriately, mentor cross-functional project team members, and identify and share implementation best practices with them
  • Maintenance, improvement and support of existing business SAP/SuccessFactors application solutions
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, which includes leading projects and data conversions
  • Ability to be strategic and creative while remaining detail-oriented and process-focused

Myntra Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Degree / MBA from any stream.

Preferred skill:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central ( EC)Core, PMGM, Timeoff and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.
  • Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
  • Good understanding of RBP, MDF, workflow creation, Business rules, Foundation objects, and Job information data updates.
  • Data upload/Modification in SF. Should be familiar with importing employee data, compensation and all Job-related changes.
  • Track change request closing the HRBPs and update the change request.
  • Good stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Support in adhoc reporting.
