Cyient Off-campus hiring candidates for the post of SQL developer.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively incl. attention to details
- Basic understanding of the end to end incident management life cycle
- Ability to do technical analysis and make an informed decision on the next steps and teams to involve
- Providing accurate, detailed documentation to the user and on the incident, request or problem
- Escalate incidents and requests via established processes when required
- Experience using an enterprise ticketing system a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Prior experience in Technical support team will be an added advantage.
- Any Graduate from any stream.
- Atlassian JIRA, SQL DBMS, Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Strong knowledge in SQL programming.
- Strong Knowledge in Jira tool
- Good in SQL DB administration
- Good in C# programming
- Good in Java programming
- Good in Version Control
- Very good Analytical skills
